Board Meetings: HOA Board Meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of the month at Aubinoe Managements' Office at 7:30 pm.
ARC Meetings: ARC Meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of the month at Aubinoe Managements' Office at 7:00 pm.

Assessment Information
Assessments are $500.00 per year and are payable biannually (Jan 1 & Jul 1) at $250.00. Payments are considered late if not paid by the 30th of the month due. Past due amounts are charged a late fee of $25.00. If payment late date is a weekend or holiday then payment will be due the previous business day. Office hours are Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30 except holidays. Please make sure property owners name or property address is on payment to insure proper and timely application of payments. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS IN LEGAL/COLLECTIONS STATUS THIS BILL WILL NOT RELFECT YOUR ACTUAL ACCOUNT BALANCE, WHICH INCLUDES LEGAL FEES AND OTHER COSTS. YOU MUST REFER TO STATEMENTS AND LETTERS FROM LEGAL/COLLECTIONS FOR THE CORRECT CURRRENT ACCOUNT BALANCE.

Trash Information
Trash pickup days are Mondays and Thursdays. Recycling days are Wednesdays. Please contact your community manager with any questions regarding your trash service.
