Meeting Information
Board Meetings: HOA Board meetings are held the 4th Monday of the month. Meetings are held at Aubinoe Managements' office, which is located at 114 Waterloo Road in Warrenton.Meetings start at 7:00 pm.

Assessment Information
Yearly assessments are $2,520.00 and are payable monthly at $210.00. Water usage is billed monthly and is due the same as assessments. Payments are due the 1st of the month and are considered late if not received by the 15th of the month. If payment late date is a weekend or holiday then payment is due the previous business day. Past due amounts are charged a late fee of $10.00 and interest of 18% APR, both applied monthly. Office hours are Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30 except holidays. Statements are sent to homeowners the 15th of the month. Please make sure homeowners name and property address appears on payment to insure proper and timely application of payments. There is no need to return any portion of your statement with your payment. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS IN LEGAL/COLLECTIONS STATUS THIS BILL WILL NOT RELFECT YOUR ACTUAL ACCOUNT BALANCE, WHICH INCLUDES LEGAL FEES AND OTHER COSTS. YOU MUST REFER TO STATEMENTS AND LETTERS FROM LEGAL/COLLECTIONS FOR THE CORRECT CURRRENT ACCOUNT BALANCE.

Trash Information
Trash pickup days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycling days are Wednesdays. The Town of Warrenton is in charge of trash collections and can be reached at (540) 347-1858.
