Meeting Information
Board Meetings: HOA Board Meetings are held the 2nd Monday of the month at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 400 County Road T1206, Remington VA 22734. Meetings start at 7:00 pm. All homeowners are encouraged to attend.

Assessment Information
Yearly assessments are $540 and are payable at $45.00 a month. Payments are due by the 30th of each month (28th in Feb). Payments not received by the 30th of the month (28th in Feb) are considered late and will be assessed interest of 10%. If payment late date is a weekend or holiday, payment must be received the previous business day. Office hours are Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30 except holidays. Please make sure the property owners name or the property address is on your payment to insure prompt application of your payment. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS IN LEGAL/COLLECTIONS STATUS THIS BILL WILL NOT RELFECT YOUR ACTUAL ACCOUNT BALANCE, WHICH INCLUDES LEGAL FEES AND OTHER COSTS. YOU MUST REFER TO STATEMENTS AND LETTERS FROM LEGAL/COLLECTIONS FOR THE CORRECT CURRRENT ACCOUNT BALANCE.
