Assessment Information
Current assessments are $1360 per year, payable quarterly at $340. Billing statements are sent quarterly. Assessment payments are due Jan 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. Assessments are considered late if not paid by the 30th day of the month due and will be charged a late fee of $15 and 6% interest. Accounts that continue in a past due state will be subject to additional collection and/or legal action as allowed. If payment late date is on a weekend or holiday, payment must be received by the previous business day. Office hours are Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30. Please make sure the property address is on your payment to facilitate proper application of payments.
