Assessment Information
Yearly assessments are $872 payable quarterly at $225. Quarterly due dates are January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. Assessments are considered late on the 30th day of the quarter and a $25 late charge will be applied. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS IN LEGAL/COLLECTIONS STATUS THIS BILL WILL NOT REFLECT YOUR ACTUAL ACCOUNT BALANCE, WHICH INCLUDES LEGAL FEES AND OTHER COSTS. YOU MUST REFER TO STATEMENTS AND LETTERS FROM LEGAL/COLLECTIONS FOR THE CORRECT CURRENT ACCOUNT BALANCE.
