Meeting Information
Board Meetings: HOA Board Meetings are held at 7:00 pm at the Manassas Central Library which is located at 8601 Mathis Avenue, Manassas, VA 20110. Please contact your community manager or refer to your association newsletter for meeting dates and times.

Assessment Information
Assessments are $448 per year and payable quarterly at $116. Payment due dates are Jan 1, Apr 1, Jul 1 and Oct 1. Payments are considered late if not received by the 30th of the month due. If late payment date is a weekend or holiday then payment must be received by the previous business day. Past due balances are subject to a late fee of $25.00 and interest of 6% APR, both applied quarterly. Office hours are Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30 except holidays. Please make sure homeowners name and property address appear on payment to insure timely application of payment. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS IN LEGAL/COLLECTIONS STATUS THIS BILL WILL NOT RELFECT YOUR ACTUAL ACCOUNT BALANCE, WHICH INCLUDES LEGAL FEES AND OTHER COSTS. YOU MUST REFER TO STATEMENTS AND LETTERS FROM LEGAL/COLLECTIONS FOR THE CORRECT CURRRENT ACCOUNT BALANCE.

Trash Information
Trash pickup days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycling is picked up on Thursdays. The Town of Manassas is responsible for trash pickup and can be reached at (703) 257-8259. For special pickup of unusable items such as TV's, batteries, tires, paint, etc. please call (703) 257-8252.
