ARB Meetings: The Architectural Review Board meets the first Saturday of each month. There is no set meeting place. Call Ryan Curtis at (540) 347-5537 for details. All applications must be turned into Aubinoe Management. Please turn in applications at least seven (7) days prior to a meeting in order for review to take place at that meeting.

Assessment Information
Assessment payments are $390 per year and are payable quarterly at $97.50. Assessment payments are due Jan 1, Apr 1, Jul 1 and Oct 1 and are considered late if not received by the 30th day of the month due. Past due assessments are subject to a $25.00 late fee applied quarterly. If payment late date is a weekend or holiday, payment must be received by the previous business day. Office hours are Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30 except holidays. Please make sure property owners' name or property address is on payment to facilitate timely and accurate posting of payment. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS IN LEGAL/COLLECTIONS STATUS THIS BILL WILL NOT RELFECT YOUR ACTUAL ACCOUNT BALANCE, WHICH INCLUDES LEGAL FEES AND OTHER COSTS. YOU MUST REFER TO STATEMENTS AND LETTERS FROM LEGAL/COLLECTIONS FOR THE CORRECT CURRRENT ACCOUNT BALANCE.

Trash Information
Trash pickup days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycling days are Wednesdays. The Town of Warrenton is in charge of trash collections and can be reached at (540) 347-6810.
