Assessment Information
Yearly assessments are $480. Payments may be made in 12 monthly installments of $44.00. Each assessment payment is due by the 1st of the month. Payments not received by the 15th of the month are considered past due. If the 15th is on a weekend or a holiday, payment must be received the previous business day. Late payments will result in a late fee of $10 and annual interest of 18% on unpaid balances. PLEASE NOTE: Failure to receive a statement does not relieve homeowner from prompt payment of assessments. Office hours are Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30. Please make sure your property address is on payment to facilitate timely and accurate posting of payment. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS IN LEGAL/COLLECTIONS STATUS THIS BILL WILL NOT REFLECT YOUR ACTUAL ACCOUNT BALANCE, WHICH INCLUDES LEGAL FEES AND OTHER COSTS. YOU MUST REFER TO STATEMENTS AND LETTERS FROM LEGAL/COLLECTIONS FOR THE CORRECT CURRENT ACCOUNT BALANCE.
