Meeting Information
Board Meetings: HOA Board Meetings are held monthly at 7:30 pm. Please contact your community manager for more info concerning meeting dates and places. All homeowners are encouraged to attend.

Assessment Information
Assessments are $69 monthly or $207 a quarter. Late fees are applied monthly. Assessments are due the 1st of each month. Statements are sent out about fifteen (15) days in advance of each quarter. Assessment payments not received by the 15th day of the month due will be assessed a late fee in the amount of $15.00, applied monthly. If the late date is on a weekend or holiday, payment must be received by the previous business day. Office hours are Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30. NOTE: IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS IN LEGAL/COLLECTIONS STATUS THIS BILL WILL NOT RELFECT YOUR ACTUAL ACCOUNT BALANCE, WHICH INCLUDES LEGAL FEES AND OTHER COSTS. YOU MUST REFER TO STATEMENTS AND LETTERS FROM LEGAL/COLLECTIONS FOR THE CORRECT CURRRENT ACCOUNT BALANCE

Trash Information
Trash pickup days are Mondays and Thursdays. Recycling pickup is on Mondays. If you have any questions regarding your trash service, please contact your community manager.
