Meeting Information
Board Meetings: HOA Board Meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7:30 pm. Meetings are held at Board Members homes on a rotating basis. Please consult the newsletter or contact your community manager for meeting information.
ARC Meetings: ARC Meetings are held at varying times in response to received applications. Please contact your community manager with and questions.
Assessment Information
Yearly assessments are $480.00 and are payable quarterly at $125.00. Payment due dates are Jan 1, Apr 1, Jul 1 and Oct 1. Payments not received by the 30th day of the month due are considered late. If payment late date is on a weekend or holiday then payment is due the previous business day. Past due amounts are charged a late fee of $10.00 and interest in the amount of 6% APR, applied quarterly. Office hours are Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30 except holidays. Please make sure homeowners name or property address appears on payment to insure proper and timely application of payments. There is no need to return any portion of your statement with your payment.
Trash Information
Trash pickup days are Mondays and Thursdays. Recycling is picked up on Mondays. If you have any questions regarding your trash service, please contact your community manager.
